Four-day rotation focused on progressing the pancake stretch.

Day 1 Hamstring Foundation · Day 2 Adductor & Inner Thigh · Day 3 Hip Mobility · Day 4 Pancake Practice. Each day approaches the pancake from a different angle. Default cadence is every other day — the deep stretching benefits from a recovery day between sessions.
