Real-calendar iCal feed
Subscribe once in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. Workouts appear as all-day events and update automatically.
Auto-placed rest days
Set 'rest every 3 workouts' or rotate '2,3' and the schedule fills itself in. No more hand-placing rest days.
Routines that shift around you
Mark a day extra rest and tomorrow's workout moves forward. Skip a day and it consumes the next workout. The math stays out of your way.
Cycles up to 50×
Repeat a 7-day split for ten weeks without copying anything. Subscribers can override the count for their own pace.
