How to perform it

Sit tall — cross-legged or on a chair — spine long, shoulders relaxed. Reach your **{right}** hand down toward the floor and let that shoulder settle away from the ear.

Slowly tilt your head to the **{left}**, bringing the **{left}** ear toward the **{left}** shoulder. Feel a gentle stretch open along the **{right}** side of the neck and the top of the shoulder. For a little more, rest the **{left}** fingertips lightly on the head — no pulling, just the weight of the hand. Soften the jaw and breathe.
