How to perform it

Sit or stand tall, shoulders relaxed down, eyes looking straight ahead at the horizon. Let the jaw soften.

Keeping your gaze level, glide your head straight back over your shoulders — drawing the chin gently in to make a soft double chin. Don't tip the head down; the motion is straight back. Feel the front of the neck switch on and the base of the skull lengthen. Hold, then release forward and repeat.
