How to perform it

Sit tall, spine long. Reach your **{right}** hand down toward the floor, or tuck it under your thigh, to anchor the **{right}** shoulder down.

Turn your head about forty-five degrees to the **{left}**, then drop your chin down toward your **{left}** armpit — as if looking into your pocket. Feel the stretch where the **{right}** side of the neck meets the shoulder blade. Rest the **{left}** fingertips lightly on the back of the head for a touch more. Breathe slow and easy.
