How to perform it

Lie face down with the arms alongside the body, palms down. On an inhale, lift the chest, arms, and legs away from the floor, reaching the fingertips back toward the heels and squeezing the shoulder blades together. Keep the gaze down to lengthen the neck. This strengthens the whole back line and the rear shoulders.
