How to perform it
Sit tall. Reach one arm overhead and bend the elbow so the hand drops behind the neck; bring the other arm behind the lower back and reach up to clasp the fingers (or hold a strap). Lift the top elbow and draw the bottom hand up. Opens the shoulders and stretches the triceps.
