How to perform it

Stand with a dumbbell in each hand and hinge forward at the hips to about forty-five degrees, back flat, arms hanging straight down with the palms facing each other.

Row both dumbbells up to your lower ribs, driving the elbows back and squeezing the shoulder blades together, then lower them under control to the stretch.
