Day 1 Full-Body Burner · Day 2 Power Circuit · Day 3 Steady Burn, every other day. Interval format — 40 seconds of work, 20 of rest, three rounds per movement. Light dumbbells and floor space; built to be repeatable for as long as you want the engine running.
