Desk Neck Reset
A short daily flow to undo desk-bound neck & shoulder tension.
One ~12-15 minute session, done daily: gentle spinal mobility, a forward-head-posture reset, targeted upper-trapezius and levator-scapulae stretches, an upper-back opener, and a calming finish. Built for computer workers carrying tension in the neck and traps.
