How to perform it

  1. 1

    Start in a tight plank with your hands together under your chest, thumbs and index fingers touching to form a diamond, and lower your chest to your hands with the elbows tracking back along your ribs.

  2. 2

    Press all the way back up to straight arms, keeping your body in one straight line and squeezing the chest and triceps at the top.
