New · AI coach
Your AI assistant, reading your actual training log.
Connect Claude — or any assistant that speaks MCP — to RepDriver. Instead of guessing, it sees the sets you logged, the sessions you missed, your equipment, and your food diary, and coaches from there.
Checked your RepDriver log
Solid month — 11 of 12 planned sessions (92%). Two things stand out:
- Goblet squat — every set hit at RPE 6–7 for three weeks. Time to go from 40 to 45 lb.
- Overhead press — 4 of the last 6 sets came up short at 30 lb. I’d hold the weight and add a rep a week.
Want me to note that on your profile?
Illustrative example. Your assistant works from your own data.
Ask it things like
Questions a coach would answer.
- “How did my training go this month? Anything I'm stalling on?”
- “I've been missing Thursdays — what should change in my week?”
- “Am I hitting my protein target on training days?”
- “I only have dumbbells up to 50 lb and a bench. Remember that.”
- “My left shoulder is sore — which lifts in this week's plan press overhead?”
- “Is there a Copenhagen plank in RepDriver? If not, ask for it.”
What it can do
Context first. Changes next.
Today your assistant reads everything a coach needs. Building and adjusting your plan is rolling out next.
Reads your progress
Sessions per week, how closely you're following the plan, per-lift hit rates, effort, and estimated one-rep-max trends — already summarized, so the assistant coaches instead of doing arithmetic.
Knows your setup
Your goal, experience, schedule, equipment, heaviest dumbbell, and anything to work around. Tell it once and it saves to your training profile.
Sees your schedule and food log
What's done, skipped, and coming up on your calendar, plus calories and macros against your targets.
Speaks the exercise library
It searches RepDriver's 140+ exercises by name, muscle, and equipment — and if a move is missing, it files a request with us.
Builds routines for you
Coming soonDescribe the plan you want and it appears in RepDriver, scheduled and ready to run in the guided runner.
Adjusts as you progress
Coming soonAdds weight where you're cruising, holds or deloads where you're grinding, swaps moves around an injury — every change undoable in one tap.
Plans your meals
Coming soonSets targets and fills in a week of meals from your food library that actually hits your macros.

Other assistants & scripts
- Any MCP client that supports streamable HTTP with a bearer header can connect to RepDriver's MCP endpoint.
- Prefer plain HTTP? The same data is available as a JSON REST API with the same token.
Signed in? The connect page creates your token and gives you the exact snippet to paste.
Limits

You stay in control
- Nothing is shared until you connect. RepDriver never sends your data to an AI company on its own — only to the assistant you connect, when it asks.
- Tokens are fenced off. A token only opens the AI endpoints. It can’t change your password, create more tokens, or delete your account.
- You pick the permissions. Read-only by default; allow training or nutrition changes per token.
- Revoke any time. One tap in Settings and that assistant’s access ends immediately.

Common questions
Which AI assistants work with RepDriver?
Any assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP) over HTTP — Claude Desktop and Claude Code today, plus other MCP-capable apps and your own scripts. One-click connectors inside claude.ai and ChatGPT need a sign-in flow we're still building.
Is it free?
Yes — every account gets 50 AI requests a day, which covers a few full check-ins. A Pro tier with a much higher limit is coming for people who lean on it daily. The rest of RepDriver stays free.
What counts as a request?
Each time the assistant actually looks something up or saves something — reading your progress, searching exercises, updating your profile. Connecting and listing what RepDriver can do is free. The count resets at midnight UTC.
What can a connected assistant see?
Your training profile, workout history and schedule, body-weight trend, and food log — the things a coach would need. It can't see your password or email settings, and its token can't change your password, manage other tokens, or delete your account.
Where does my data go?
Only to the assistant you connect, when it asks. That assistant's own privacy policy then applies to what it receives. RepDriver doesn't send your data to any AI company on its own.
How do I disconnect?
Revoke the token in Settings → Connected apps. Access stops immediately.
Is this medical advice?
No. An AI assistant can make mistakes. Treat its suggestions like a training partner's, listen to your body, and see a professional for pain or injuries.
