How it works
From sign-up to a workout on your calendar in five steps.
RepDriver has two halves: a Workshop where you build, and a Train mode where you just do. Most days you live in Train. The Workshop is there when you need it.

Build a workout (or skip to step 2)
Two flavours: a video workout is a YouTube video with a name and a category; a timed workout is a structured strength session — exercises, sets, pyramid reps, per-set weights, work and rest timers, optional warm-up.
RepDriver ships with 42 exercises (photos, muscle group, form notes) and a 60-day Son Goku program plus the Arnold Split, so you can be running a real program before building anything yourself.
Or import a whole playlist
Paste any YouTube playlist URL. RepDriver fetches every video — titles, channels, thumbnails, durations — and lays them out as a draft routine. Tweak titles, pick muscle-group categories, deselect anything you don't want, hit Create.
Four taps, and a 30-day YouTube series is a routine you can subscribe to.
Compose a routine with a rest cadence
A routine is an ordered list of workouts plus two numbers: a rest cadence (3 = rest every 3 workouts, 2,3 rotates) and a cycle count. RepDriver does the rest-day math so you don't have to.
Want a 6-on/1-off split that runs for ten weeks? Type 6 for cadence and 10 for cycles. The full 70-day schedule is computed.
Subscribe to the iCal feed once
Settings has a private URL. Add it to Google, Apple, or Outlook calendar as a subscription (not an import). Today's workout appears as an all-day event with the workout name and program day; tomorrow's lines up behind it.
Mark a day extra-rest in the app, your calendar updates next sync. Skip a workout, same thing. Your real calendar always reflects the truth.
Open Train. Do today's workout. Tap complete.
Train mode is two screens: Today and Calendar. Today's hero card shows the current workout — a YouTube video for video workouts, or the circular timed runner for strength sessions. Tap Start, RepDriver runs the prep countdown, beeps in the last seconds, and rolls into the next set.
Tap Complete when you're done. The calendar fills in. Tomorrow's workout is waiting.
(Optional) Share what works
